Since 1973, Suhrud Mandal has been at the forefront of mainstreaming hearing and speech-impaired children from economically challenged backgrounds in Pune. We provide comprehensive education, vocational training, and rehabilitation-completely free of cost. To maintain our gold standard of specialized education, we invite visionary corporate partners and philanthropists to join our Classroom Excellence Program with a one-time annual contribution of Rs. 1,00,000.Suhrud Mandal was established on 1st August 1973.There were very few education facilities for children with hearing impairment.
Eminent educationalist and a prominent person in the education of Hearing Impaired children , late Smt. Malatibai Joshi inspired her friends to work for this cause .
